About Me

notes

PublishedUpdated

I grew up in Germany, then moved to NYC and am now temporarily living in New Haven while my wife finishes her grad program. I try to visit Munich once or twice a year to see family and friends.

I lead platform engineering at Levin & Riegner and I run the food sharing initiative Give a Meal.

At heart, I'm a documentarian. I've spent time in the open pit coal mines of Pennsylvania, photographed the streets of NYC, and lived with a freighter crew on their journey from the Panama Canal to New York.

My current project is mapping the route of a network request from New Haven to my childhood home.

You can follow me via RSS or subscribe to my very infrequent newsletter. I'm also on Github.
